Return Policy

Personalized Items:

We do not accept returns for any personalized gift.

 

The customer is responsible for the spelling of any personalized item as SandRayz is not responsible for errors made by the customer. Please confirm the spelling of your item before you place your order. Items that have errors due to a mistake in ordering will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

Personalized items may only be exchanged (not returned) if they are defective, or if SandRayz has made an error in spelling or design.

Blank or Non-Personalized Items:

We gladly accept exchanges of non-personalized products, within 7 days of receipt.

 

Return shipping is at the cost of the customer.
